La Leche League meetings follow a rotating series of four meetings.

4. Nutrition and Weaning
All women, as well as nursing babies and young toddlers, are welcome at La Leche League meetings. (Meetings are FREE to attend!
Available at La Leche League meetings is LLL’s breastfeeding manual — The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding. Each Group also maintains a lending library of books dealing with all phases of parenting, from birth & breastfeeding through school-age issues. Optional memberships in La Leche League which support the local groups start at $25 per year.
